PRESERVATION REPORT
A Preservation of Evidence Report is required to accurately determine and document the current condition of a machine or technical system.
The actual condition of the machine or system is assessed, documented and compared to the contractually agreed properties.
Performance and product quality are verified.
The degree of completion is evaluated and, if desired, action is taken to achieve a 100% completion rate.
Independent monitoring, analysis and documentation of machine acceptance tests are also available.
Example:

Problem/Reason for report:
The manufacturer/supplier of an assembly and welding line has a different opinion than the operator/customer regarding the degree of completion and professional installation.
Our expert opinion is the basis for reaching a commercial agreement between the supplier and the customer. If no agreement can be reached, such a report can be used in a court procedure.
